The 2023 Best Estate Planning Advisory Service will be determined based on a demonstration of a strong specialist estate planning service offering, evidence of business growth in the estate planning segment and high client service standards evidenced by client testimonials.

The 2023 Best Firm Culture – Small and Medium Firms will be determined based on a demonstration of the steps taken to achieve an inclusive and positive working environment for all staff, evidence of how such programs have contributed to the commercial success of the firm and positive testimonials from employees and staff feedback research to support the submission.

The 2023 Best Private Wealth Manager Under $5 billion – Client Service will be determined based on a delivery of client planning and lifestyle objectives, high-quality tax and estate services to meet the needs of HNW and UHNW clients and top client service demonstrated through client testimonials.

The 2021 Award for Best Private Wealth Manager Under $5 billion – Client Service was determined based on a category specific questionnaire, including several subject areas: competitive distinctions, business model, client numbers/assets, services and products offered, growth metrics, and development of service offerings. Each submission was evaluated by an independent panel of at least three judges from a broad range of industry expertise.

The 2020 Award for Best Multi-Family Office Over $2 billion was determined based on PAM firms completing a category specific submission addressing the criteria highlighted by the Panel which included an in-depth questionnaire of approximately 40 questions across several subject areas, encapsulating: group structure and personnel, investment management process, pooled funds/unlisted securities, regulation and investor protection and fees, charges and interest.

The 2018 and 2017 Awards for Best Private Wealth Manager Under $5 billion were determined based on financial progress (performance track-record over the course of the last twelve months), growth (client numbers, internal hires and geographic expansion), client satisfaction (evidence of client satisfaction, including evidence of exceptional service and direct client statements), and product Innovation (details of new services and products launched over the prior year).

The 2014 Award for Best Multi-Family Office Overall was determined based on commercial Success and business growth, positive client feedback via submitted testimonials, description of new product, its genesis and how it was created and demonstration of product Innovation.
